Your licence is configured by a person

You can subscribe yourself — checkout and your portal login are automatic. What a person does is set up your trading account afterwards: your licence is issued against your specific MT5 account number and broker, and that mapping has to be correct before the software will place anything. Your subscription starts at checkout; the licence goes live once that setup is done.

What happens after you subscribe

Signing up and paying are self-service. Your licence is not: it is issued against your MT5 account number and broker, and a person checks that mapping before the software is allowed to place anything.

That step is deliberate. An EA pointed at the wrong symbol would sit on your chart doing nothing, and we would rather catch that than hand it to you.
